Lady Gaga Stole The Spotlight At Marc Jacobs’ NYFW Show

Just days after she dazzled in custom Marc Jacobs at the Grammy Awards, Lady Gaga walked in the designer’s fall/winter show at New York Fashion Week on Thursday.

According to Women’s Wear Daily, the singer arrived at the show’s venue, Park Avenue Armory, at 3:30 p.m. She reportedly “insisted” on being treated like everyone else backstage, even getting her hair and makeup done alongside the other models.

Gaga appeared about a third of the way through the show, wearing an oversized coat with fur sleeves and platform boots. She also swapped out the fiery red ‘do she sported at the Grammys in favor of bleach blonde locks.

gaga-marcSure, the height difference between Gaga and the other models was quite noticeable at the end of the show, but she slayed nonetheless.

At Monday night’s Grammy Awards, Gaga wore an embellished blue Marc Jacobs gown on the red carpet, pairing it with a bright red mullet, glittery blue eyeshadow, and red sky-high platforms. She also wore a custom Jacobs number during her David Bowie tribute performance during the show.

This wasn’t Lady Gaga’s first runway gig. She previously walked in the fall 2011 Thierry Mugler show in Paris, and also starred in the music video Tom Ford did instead of a runway show for spring 2016.
