Fashion news:The One Dress That Caught the Light (and Everyone's Eye) at the Michael Kors Show

Being in the center of a social media storm is the best kind of public approval any designer could hope for, which is exactly what Michael Kors found himself in when he showed his fall/winter 2016 collection earlier today during New York Fashion Week. Or, more accurately, one Michael Kors design in particular. But perhaps that was his intent—he summed up his collection in his show notes with the word "Instaglam" (a mash-up of "instant" and "glamour"), after all.

And this dress was so glam, it really did seem like it was practically made for Instagram (and slow-
mo videos, especially). Worn by model Marjan Jonkman, the silver metallic-embroidered dress shimmered and refracted light with her every step, thanks to all 2,333 of the suspended mirror crystals that took 390 hours to embroider.

Clearly, it was worth it. As soon as the show wrapped, our Insta feeds were streaked with silver. It was completely mesmerizing. Keep scrolling for a look at the bloggers, stylists, buyers, and editors who 'grammed or tweeted about the dress from the show.
